06/27/2006 - TeamFanShop, Inc. to Power Official Online Stores for the Florida Gators and Tampa Bay Buccaneers

TeamFanShop, a division of Football Fanatics, announced today it has signed agreements with the University of Florida and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to develop and operate their official online stores.

Under the terms of the agreements, TeamFanShop will be responsible for all facets of operation including web site development, merchandising, customer service, order processing, and product fulfillment. Terms were not disclosed.

"Although we're thrilled to be operating the official online stores for the Gators and Buccaneers, we’re also extremely passionate about helping them grow these businesses," said Brian Swallow, Vice President of TeamFanShop.

Existing TeamFanShop partners have experienced strong year-over-year sales growth. “In the last four years, our online store revenues have grown by over 400%,” said Bill Prescott, Jacksonville Jaguars Chief Financial Officer. “This has been the largest increase in online revenues that we experienced over a four-year period."
