E-Commerce Platform
Since 1997, we've continued to invest in a best-of-breed e-commerce platform which was designed from the ground up to maximize the sale of team and league licensed merchandise. Our systems are built to be highly scalable - particularly important during hot market and championship events when our partner stores are met with considerable traffic and demand.

Real Time Inventory Management: We keep tabs on what merchandise is being sold using our custom real time inventory management system. This proprietary technology keeps updated inventory on the site and removes out of stock items, keeping customers happy.

A/B Testing: We conduct frequent A/B tests to determine which merchandising or navigational methodologies will deliver the strongest possible return. We're constantly experimenting with new marketing promotions and store features to maximize store performance.

Store Monitoring: We monitor a wealth of data that tracks consumer behavior in our stores from click-through paths to shopping cart abandonment rates, allowing us to develop meaningful retail intelligence.

Privacy & Security: We take extraordinary steps to ensure the privacy of our customers' personal information and the safety of their credit card information using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryptions. We also are partnered with HackerSafe, who tests and certifies our sites daily to pass the FBI/SANS security test as well as the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard requirements of Visa CISP and AIS, MasterCard SDP and American Express DSS programs.

Merchandising
We maintain direct account status with the top names in team and league licensed merchandise including Nike, adidas, Reebok, Majestic, Lee, Champion and Russell. Our buying staff constantly monitors the latest events in sports including player trades, winning streaks and other events that might influence consumer demand. All of our inventory is located in our state-of-the-art fulfillment center based in Jacksonville, Fla.

Hot Markets: We're the undisputed leader in capitalizing on hot market events. We carry more merchandise and react more quickly to these events than any other online retailer of team and league licensed merchandise.

Product Photography Studio: We maintain an in-house product photography department which takes high quality, multi-view product shots of the merchandise we sell.

Fulfillment
 
Every function in our warehouse, from order picking to quality checking at each station, is custom written and Web-based. The entire back-end interface is also tied to the Web, along with receiving. Errors are substantially reduced as our system makes quality checks at several different stations, which in turn makes mistakes far less likely. Further, we generate our own bar codes giving us huge gains in picking and shipping accuracy.

Accurate Order Picking: Our wireless visual picking systems allow us to achieve more than 99% order fulfillment accuracy.

Rapid Receiving: Our rapid receiving process allows us to turn around new and incoming hot market products and replenish out of stock items quickly. We also utilize a special hot market staging area in our warehouse to get this time-sensitive inventory to customers as quickly as possible.

Warehouse Distribution Efficiency: Conveyor systems expedite the movement of products/packages around the warehouse facility.

Courier Relationships : We maintain solid relationships with multiple couriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL).
